Cancellation Policies
No Visa No Pay
To request to cancel your booking outside of the cooling period, prior to the Tenancy Start Date as set out in the Tenancy Agreement, you must meet any of the following criteria: Your application for a visa has been declined. If you meet the above Cancellation Criteria and can provide management with evidence demonstrating that you meet the above criteria, your request for cancellation will be granted. If you have already accepted your Tenancy Agreement and paid your first instalment of Rent at the date your cancellation request is granted, the accommodation will refund all rent/s and deposits.

Cancellation & Replacement Tenant Policy
14.0 TRANSFER OF LICENCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 14.1 You agree that you will not transfer the Licence created by the Accommodation Licence Agreement to anyone else without first obtaining our written consent, which will be in APPS LIVING’S sole discretion, but not unreasonably withheld. We may, as a condition to giving its consent to the proposed transfer, charge £50 to cover staff costs and require the incoming Occupant to enter into an Accommodation Licence Agreement with us which confirms that the incoming Occupant will observe and comply with the obligations contained in the Accommodation Licence Agreement. 14.2 You may not sub let the Accommodation or part with possession or share occupation of the Accommodation or any part of it under any circumstances, unless with written consent from APPS LIVING. 14.3 Cancellation 14.3.1 More than 10 weeks before commencement of the Period of Licence: 14.3.1.1 The Accommodation Licence Agreement can be cancelled by giving us a written notice or sending us an e-mail to bookings@apps-living.co.uk of the cancellation. 14.3.1.2 In these circumstances there will be a £50 fee.

There are no booking fees/holding fees associated with this property. To book the room you would pay deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay. For full payment — Deposit: £300 2/3 Instalments — Deposit £500 Monthly Payment — Deposit = one month rent
